Terms of Service

This is a translation for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between this English translation and the original Korean version, the Korean version shall prevail.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other matters between myappclaw Inc. (hereinafter "Company") and users in relation to the use of the MyAppClaw service (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the AI agent widget platform provided by the Company, a SaaS service that allows users to install and operate AI-based customer service widgets on their websites.
- "User" refers to an individual or legal entity that has registered for the service and uses the services provided by the Company.
- "End-user" refers to the final user who visits the user's website and interacts with the AI agent via the widget.
- "BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)" refers to the method where users register their own LLM (Large Language Model) API keys with the service.
- "Connector" refers to a feature that integrates the user's external APIs with the service so the AI agent can utilize them.
- "Plugin SDK" refers to a development tool that allows users to write custom code to extend the AI agent's functionality.
Article 3 (Service Content)
1. Basic Service
The Company provides users with features such as AI agent widget installation, character customization, persona settings, and conversation management.
2. BYOK Model
The service operates on a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model. Users on Free, Pro, and Business plans must register their own LLM API keys (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, etc.) to use AI features. All costs associated with LLM API usage are borne entirely by the user.
3. Enterprise Plan
For Enterprise plan users, the Company may provide LLM keys, in which case token usage and costs are negotiated under a separate agreement.
Article 4 (Pricing and Payment)
1. Plans
- Free ($0/mo): Unlimited chat, CSS emoji character, 1 Connector, 1 workspace
- Pro ($29/mo): Unlimited chat, custom character, 5 Connectors, 1 workspace
- Business ($99/mo): Unlimited chat, custom character, unlimited Connectors, multi-workspace, Plugin SDK
- Enterprise (Custom): Dedicated instance, SLA, dedicated manager, LLM key provision available
2. Payment
Paid plan fees are billed monthly and automatically renewed on the billing date. Payments are processed through Stripe.
3. Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of payment. Refunds are not available after 7 days for the usage period of that month. Exceptions apply in cases of service failure.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
- Users are responsible for securely managing their LLM API keys, and the Company is not liable for damages resulting from key leakage.
- Users must not use the service for illegal purposes or acts contrary to public order.
- Users must appropriately notify end-users that an AI agent is being used.
- Users must comply with the terms of service of external APIs integrated via Connectors and Plugin SDK.
Article 6 (Company Obligations)
- The Company makes its best efforts to provide stable service.
- The Company protects user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- The Company provides advance notice of service interruptions due to maintenance or updates (except for emergency maintenance).
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights to the service's software, widget code, visual grounding engine, Plugin SDK, and other technical assets belong to the Company. Intellectual property rights to custom code written by users through the Plugin SDK belong to the users.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company does not warrant the accuracy or appropriateness of AI responses generated using the user's LLM API key under the BYOK model.
- The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from responses generated by the AI agent.
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or hacking.
Article 9 (Termination of Service)
Users may terminate service use at any time by deleting their account from the dashboard. Upon termination, user data will be deleted within 30 days. However, data that must be retained for a certain period due to legal obligations will be kept for that period.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
In the event of a dispute related to the use of the service, the Company and the user shall resolve it through sincere negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service take effect on March 24, 2026.
